Info about Film night

This week Robbie has been doing more on our original film witch we will screen on the 24th of july 2012 from 6.30- 8.00 PM it is £3.50 for a ticket witch includes homemade pizza, Ice cream and soft drinks at the institute at coniston. The movie is Village of the damned so Beware of the stare...

Beware of the stare!

This week at coniston youth club we have been deciding on films to watch on tuesday the 24th of july when some kids from Liverpool come for a film night the film we've chosen is The village of the Damned so beware of the stare... We have also been making mint ice cream for the film night aswell.

We have also been carrying on with the film making we have been doing.

Lawson Park

We are making a shed for an artist at Lawson Park. We have just stared and have been putting in the foundations. We are waiting for the wood to arrive so we can make the walls.

FOOOOODDDD!!

This week at coniston youth club we have been making meals for the new shop such as tomato pasta (one of my favourite meals) sausage and vegetables and elderflower ice cream  and elderflower cordial.

This week we are making elder flower ice cream,we used elder flowers,lemon,suger,cream,milk and eggs after we had bolied it we had to churn it in the ice cream maker and we have enjoyed doing this together.   By Lauren and Matthew.

We sell:

• Meat of our very own pigs.
• We grow our vegetables fresh out of the ground to sell in the shop!
• We also sell elderflower cordial and ready meals called heavens kitchens.

Some of the things we've been up to

Greg and Robbie working hard on their magazines (Cat's in Space and A Blacksmith's Guide).
Jack and Joe are making a book on fishing in Lake Coniston.

Pizza making was a great success.

We made refreshments for the Mill Hill County High School Concert in the Institute. We sold tickets on the door. Half the money went to them and half to the Youth Club. In total we made over £200!!!!
